Since it's opening in February 2016, our signature social enterprise, Bar Bar Black Sheep has become a valuable community asset. Now, we're looking to recruit two new team member to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

"We'd prefer it if applicants had a food hygiene certificate, but that's not essential for the right people!"

Full training and certification will be provided if need be. There are occasions you'll be working alone so a lot of initiative and self-motivation will be needed. Along with the usual integrity and honesty to promote the culture, values and mission of the Black Sheep Collective.

Take a look at our We're Hiring page to see the full details of what we're looking for and if you're short-listed for an interview you'll be required to complete an unpaid trial shift.

Our two new Baristas will be required to start as soon as possible.

Until next time ...

About Sian Philpott ...

Sian was introduced to fire manipulation in 2012 and was immediately hooked. After learning aerial acrobatics she soon progressed to performing in fie shows and assisting in circus workshops.

She joined the Pyrofinalia fire collective in 2014 and has been performing with them ever since. After performing fire shows with Danny Quinn at events around Milton Keynes she was asked to create the Fenceless Arts busking schedule for The Centre:MK and became a full-time member of the Black Sheep Collective.

Sian now helps with the day-to-day running of Bar Bar Blacksheep and continues to perform and run workshops. She is very much looking forward to the future with BSC and the fabulous events they put on.
